Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Garcia Auto Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Garcia Auto Services provides automotive repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Engine repair and diagnostics
• Brake service and repair
• Electrical system diagnostics and repair
• Preventive maintenance services
• Oil changes and fluid services
• Transmission repair
• Car programming services

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. All prices are subject to change.

4. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

5. Limitation of Liability

Garcia Auto Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about vehicle issues
• Removing personal items from vehicles before service
• Paying for services in a timely manner
• Following recommended maintenance schedules

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Texas state law.

8. Changes to Terms

Garcia Auto Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
